About Me
I’m Mar, a yoga teacher specialized in subtle energy work, a breathwork facilitator, holistic coach, and audiovisual creator. I’ve always been drawn to self-knowledge and the immense potential for transformation that arises from deep inner exploration, which led me to the path of yoga and holistic well-being.
Facing a thyroid diagnosis and a menstrual cycle that became excruciatingly painful—like enduring intense contractions each month—that only worsened over the years despite conventional treatments, challenged me to redesign my life from the ground up. Guided by yoga and Chinese medicine, I made a radical shift in my diet, habits, and understanding of health and energy. Throughout this journey, I opened myself to the subtle yet incredibly powerful knowledge of the chakras and ancient teachings, learning to recognize and harmonize the feminine and masculine energies within me. I’ve come to fully trust in that inner power we all carry and to understand how it expresses itself in the body, allowing access to it in a precise and direct way.
Today, my mission is to guide other women on their own journeys of healing and expansion, sharing the practices and secrets that helped me restore my health and create a life aligned with my visions. I want each of us to take control of our own story, not as actresses in someone else’s movie, but as creators of our own path, connected to that infinite source of power and wisdom that is available to all. Yes, you have access too.
From physical yoga to breathing
After I began teaching yoga, my personal practice transformed, and I started dedicating much more time to Pranayamas—yogic breathing techniques. My focus shifted from the denser aspects of practice to the subtler ones, from asana to breath. Through consistent conscious breathing, I discovered a deeper space, the key to a sacred universe that is at once deeply personal and profoundly universal. In this expansive exploration of the states one can access through breath alone, I trained with Gregor Maehle and Catalina Rojas Benedetti, whom I currently assist and support in her trainings, where I share the practice of breath from the yogic worldview.
